The three rules

What is it called?

The name of the thing you're explaining.

A real one, with actual numbers or things. The example is what makes it stick.

Where did you learn this?

A book, a website, your teacher, a class. This is the rule that matters most — a card without a source doesn't get shelved. If you're not sure, go and find out; that part is the learning.

For the grown-up

Add the card to the terms array in qukaizen-dac/data/worlds/ela-grade4/verified/….json, then run:

node --experimental-strip-types scripts/assemble-world.mts --world=ela-grade4

The gate runs there too — it's the same three rules, checked again. If it complains, the message says which card and which rule, and that's the worklist. Then re-copy terms.json into the site and re-run npm run check.

One gotcha, learned the hard way: the assembler merges into the existing terms.json rather than rebuilding it from the shards alone. So a card that has already been compiled in will survive even after you delete it from verified/. To take a card back out, remove it from terms.json too — or restore that file from git and re-assemble.
